1. What are my payment options?
There are 4 payment options available to you:
1. Credit Card
This is the most popular method of payment.
The transactions on our site are protected by GeoTrust SSL Security, using 128-bit encryption (the highest level commercially available). This ensures your complete safety while purchasing online.

2. Pay Pal
Pay Pal also accepts credit cards and uses 128-bit encryption (the highest level commercially available) to ensure your privacy when purchasing online.
It's almost the same as using our credit card option, except you go through Pay Pal to make the transaction. Click here to do that now.
3. Direct Deposit
If you don't have a credit card, you can choose to make a direct deposit to our company bank account.
You can do this via internet banking, or by going into your bank branch and depositing the funds manually.

4. Check, Money Gram or Money Order
You can also choose to post a money gram, a money order or a check to our Post Office box.
Some customers choose this option because they don't want their purchase to be traceable. If you are worried about that, please don't be. We will never (ever) knowingly reveal who purchased our products to any third party.

I'm having trouble downloading the eBooks. What do I do?
Have you lost the download page?
Go to your web browsing HISTORY that is stored in your browser. If you don't know how to find it, simply use the help and type in HISTORY and it will show you.
The download page will be in there for you.
Other problems:
- Can't view the eBooks?
You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the ebooks. Please download it and install if it you don't currently have it on your computer.
- Saying that the file is corrupted?
Try a different browser like Mozilla Firefox. This usually fixes the problem of the eBook files not opening.
- Can't download the audio file?
If the audio file is timing out or if you can't save it, please use Download Accelerator. It also speeds up downloads by up to 400%
- Still having problems downloading the files?
a) Right click and 'save target as'
b) The file will download and then open.
c) Save it to a folder on your computer before downloading another file.
Do you have printed books?
We don't offer a printed version of the ebook right now.
I know that a lot of people enjoy having a book in their hands, but on the plus side, you can be reading the books within minutes of ordering.
Once you've placed your order, you are directed to a download page where you grab the books in .pdf format (Adobe Acrobat). You are welcome to print the books out from home or from a printer shop if you wish.

I no longer get the newsletters but I am subscribed...what can I do?
You may not be getting the e-mails if you haven't added us as a 'safe sender' or 'trusted sender.
This would mean that our e-mails may have been going to your junk folder! Please visit this page to make the changes (it only takes a couple of minutes).
