If your girlfriend has broken up with you, or your wife has left you in 2023, one thing to be aware of is that dating is very fast-paced these days.
So, a technique that some guys try to use to get an ex woman back, which is to wait and not contact her (i.e. the No Contact Rule), has become even less effective than it used to be.
It always was a fairly ineffective way to get an ex back, but now it’s even worse because a woman can simply get on a dating app and within minutes, she can have guys matching with her.
Within an hour or two, she can get date offers and be going on a lot of dates very quickly and help herself get over a breakup and move on.
Dating apps are fully accepted in modern society and so many more people are using them every day.
Women can easily move on after a breakup by using dating apps because most users of dating apps are men, so there are always 1,000s of hungry guys ready and willing to date a woman if she accepts it.
A woman has endless options on dating apps, so it’s not as if she can’t just get herself a date, have sex and help herself move on.
She can and if she’s like most women, she will.
So if you want to get an ex woman back in today’s day and age, you need to quickly learn how to make her feel more attracted to you when you interact with her and then you need to get in contact with her, whether that be via text or on the phone, or talk to her in person and you need to make her feel new sparks of attraction for you.
When I say new sparks of attraction, it means that you have leveled up.
You are more confident than you used to be.
You are more manly in the way that you interact with her than you used to be.
You seem more charismatic, you seem more appealing and therefore, what happens to a woman is that she feels new sparks of attraction for you and realizes that her feelings for you aren’t dead.
She still has feelings for you and if she doesn’t give you another chance, she’s going to go away regretting it.
She’s going to see you move on and attract new women and still have those feelings for you.
Therefore, she’s going to feel like the one who has been left behind.
That’s something she will realize instinctively and immediately and she will then either want to 1) Just hook up with you again to feel good about herself and see that she can still have that effect on you, or 2) Get back with you temporarily and plan to break up with you so she can have that power again, or 3) She’ll want to get back with you for real because she realizes that she does feel attracted to you, she does love you and she doesn’t want to lose you.
Now, if one of the first two options happens where she just wants to hook up with you, or she just wants to get back with you for a while, you need to make sure that you are ready.
You are fully prepared to make her feel new sparks of attraction, so she then realizes that she doesn’t want to break up with you.
She’s actually enjoying being back with you and you can then keep the relationship together.
So, if your girlfriend has left you, or your wife has separated from you, or she’s filing for a divorce, or your girlfriend is telling you to leave the house that you live in together because she wants to break up, then you have an opportunity right now to re-attract her.
Don’t interact with her and use the same old approach that you’ve been using with her that has caused her to lose interest in you.
Also, don’t try to suck up to her now and plead with her and so on.
You need to tap into her feelings of attraction and you need to make her feel new sparks of attraction based on the fact that you’ve leveled up.
You’ve leveled up your ability to make women feel attracted and to make her feel attracted.

That approach rarely, if ever works and it’s even worse in 2023 because women can easily move on by using dating apps.
If you want her back now, then make her feel attracted to you in new ways.
You will see that she changes how she looks at you, thinks about you, feels about you and behaves around you.
She’ll suddenly become interested in being with you again.
